Refund Policy – Villa Mizpiratze

Reservations and cancellations

  • Any reservation made directly through our website is considered final once payment has been made.

  • You can cancel your reservation by contacting us via email at: villamizpiratze@gmail.com


Cancellation and refund conditions

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 70% refund of the total amount.

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund possible, except in cases of force majeure (see below).

  • No-show: no refund.


Reservation modification

  • Any request to change dates is subject to availability.

  • If the change is made more than 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies.


Force majeure

  • In the event of an exceptional event (natural disaster, administrative closure, pandemic), we will offer a postponement free of charge or a credit note equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 12 months.


Complaints

  • Any claim relating to a refund must be sent in writing to contact@villamizpiratze.fr within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.


Bookings via third-party platforms

  • If you booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, the applicable refund policy is that of the platform used.
