Reservations and cancellations
Any reservation made directly through our website is considered final once payment has been made.
You can cancel your reservation by contacting us via email at: villamizpiratze@gmail.com
Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 70% refund of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund possible, except in cases of force majeure (see below).
No-show: no refund.
Reservation modification
Any request to change dates is subject to availability.
If the change is made more than 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies.
Force majeure
In the event of an exceptional event (natural disaster, administrative closure, pandemic), we will offer a postponement free of charge or a credit note equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 12 months.
Complaints
Any claim relating to a refund must be sent in writing to contact@villamizpiratze.fr within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Bookings via third-party platforms
If you booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, the applicable refund policy is that of the platform used.
